In the process of converting an office complex to a dual-purpose building incorporating condominiums, the building owner wanted to allow tenants access to the roof for social gatherings, BBQ’s, sunbathing or simply to enjoy the view of San Francisco Bay.
After meeting on site and reviewing our standard infill solution, the building owner requested alternative options that were “less industrial” and more aesthetically pleasing. Kee Safety’s Technical Team provided concept drawings of a unique design for an alternative ‘multi-rail’ system.
